Andrew Buckle is the Chief Operating Officer of Snowy Owl Acute Radiology (SOAR), where he leads operational strategy, infrastructure development, and national growth initiatives for one of Canada's largest acute after-hours teleradiology providers. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA and began his career at SAP, working in the oil and gas sector with a focus on the SAP HANA platform and enterprise systems transformation. He later directed large-scale SAP training and implementation programs for major manufacturing organizations, including East Penn Manufacturing, overseeing multi-phase expansion initiatives. Transitioning into healthcare leadership, Andrew held senior roles at Medical Methods before joining SOAR, where over the past four years he has built scalable operational frameworks, optimized clinical workflows, and supported the company's rapid expansion across multiple provinces.
