Dr. Christopher Buckle is the Founder and Chief of Radiology at Snowy Owl Acute Radiology (SOAR), a boutique Canadian teleradiology firm that has grown over the past decade into one of the largest acute after-hours radiology providers in Canada. He completed his Radiology residency and Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Chicago, where he also earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He previously trained in Neurology and Internal Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. In addition to leading SOAR's clinical strategy and quality standards, Dr. Buckle served as Chief Medical Officer at Carelon, one of the largest healthcare services organizations in the United States, overseeing specialty guideline development, clinical innovation, informatics, AI initiatives, and compliance. He brings together subspecialty neuroradiology expertise and executive healthcare leadership to advance diagnostic excellence and scalable, technology-enabled radiology services across Canada.
