Dr. Christopher Buckle is the Founder and Chief of Radiology at Snowy Owl Acute Radiology (SOAR), a Canadian teleradiology practice established to deliver high-quality after-hours acute imaging support nationwide. In addition to leading SOAR, Dr. Buckle has served as Chief Medical Officer at Carelon and AIM Specialty Health, where he led clinical innovation across the medical and surgical specialty suite, including guideline development, specialty thought leadership, clinical informatics, AI integration, analytics, and regulatory compliance. He brings more than a decade of executive telemedicine leadership and combines subspecialty expertise in emergency radiology and neuroradiology with disciplined operational strategy.
